Thin slices of beef fillet encompass the marinated aubergine slices which are complimented by a creamy celeriac puree and that’s not all! To make this incredible appetizing, we add two textures of onions: PICKLED onions to enhance the flavourz of the Beef and CRISPY onions to add a little crunch and finally a touch of herbal oil and few Caper Berries to give it that special touch.
