We keep ourselves busy, doing most of the stuff we serve in-house
Focaccia which we prepare and bake every day with some olive oil, rock salt and fresh rosemary
Pasta! Yes, we do that as well occasionally! 😊 one chef loves to prepare the gnocchi, while another chef is really into ravioli… and I can assure you they are both amazing!
Have you ever tried slow cooked short rib ravioli or dared to bite into a trio of chocolate ravioli with a salted caramel sauce!
Let’s keep mentioning… one of our signature dishes, the fondant! We prepare them three times a week!
And not only that, all the deserts are done in house! Dark Chocolate Brownie, Winter Pie, Tiramisu and Crème Brulé!
Let’s go back to the savory, the Jus!!! Ohh yes, that magical liquid that can change a dish completely!
But what does it take to make a good Jus!? The answer is simple…. TIME (and plenty of bones together with fresh herbs and root veg! And after 60 hours or so, we manage to get that perfect taste to complement our meat dishes.
In the bar, we also dare sometimes… we have a selection of infused gins with different herbs, fruits and spices. Now we started working on the whisky, but is still an ongoing experiment!
But why all the hassle when we can get everything ready!?
We want our guests to eat what we would love to eat, and nothing says good food like food prepared in house! And yes, it’s true, Good Food Takes Time (but it’s absolutely worth it!)
